3R Monitoring Group

TOKES established the 3R Monitoring Group in 2023.

The group’s task is to monitor and evaluate the development of 3R activities in Finland. The goal is to increase cooperation between TOKES and FIN3R. Plans include organizing training in all areas of the 3Rs, enhancing collaboration between various stakeholders and in communication, as well as developing the operation of animal welfare network groups and participating in their activities both in Finland and across Europe.

Members of the group are Hanna-Marja Voipio and Tiina Pullola (TOKES), Mikko Airavaara, Johanna Englund, and Vootele Voikar (FIN3R), as well as Saara Kupsala (former Animal Welfare Ombudsman).
